Sales Manager, Portuguese Markets
You'll open and grow Solo Clash in Brazil, Portugal and other Portuguese-speaking markets by building partnerships, communities and sales.

At the heart of our platform is our in-house analytics and trading engine, built to process real-time data and surface transparent statistics that help traders make better decisions.
What you'll do
- Own the growth plan and sales targets for Portuguese-speaking markets.
- Find, sign and manage affiliates, trading educators, influencers and communities.
- Build and run our Portuguese-language community on Discord, Telegram and WhatsApp.
- Handle sales conversations and pre-sale questions from traders in Portuguese.
- Localize offers, landing pages, social posts and campaigns with the marketing team.
- Represent Solo Clash at webinars, Lives, trading events and partner meetups.
- Report weekly in a CRM on leads, partner pipeline, sign-ups and revenue.
- Bring back local feedback on pricing, payment methods, competitors and product needs.
What we're looking for
- Native or fluent Portuguese and good English.
- 2+ years in sales, business development, affiliate or partnership roles.
- A network in the Brazilian or Portuguese trading, finance or creator scene.
- Proven results against targets, with numbers you can share.
- Strong outreach and negotiation skills by DM, email and call.
- You are self-driven and organized, and comfortable working remotely.
Nice to have
- Personal trading experience, especially in futures: mini-índice, mini-dólar or CME products.
- Experience at a prop firm, broker, fintech or trading education company.
- Spanish for wider LatAm coverage.
- Experience with CRM tools and affiliate platforms.
